About

Short trips, planned properly

Holiday Hops is for people in Singapore who'd rather spend a long weekend in Penang than on the sofa. We work out every long weekend, the leave that stretches it, and where you can get to and back in time.

How we work it out

• Long weekends come from MOM's gazetted public holiday list, including in-lieu days.
• Destinations are ranked for each weekend on weather, travel time, and whether it's a holiday there too.
• Prices are in SGD and dated. When we compare platforms, we show the cheapest even if it pays us nothing.
